Robert Half Lexington is looking for a dedicated Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join a team in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the electronic directory for the organization's network, ensuring hotel information is current and accurate.

• Conduct audits and perform cleanup tasks to maintain the integrity of data within the network.

• Organize and maintain electronic files and records for easy access and retrieval.

• Research and resolve connectivity issues by analyzing problems and identifying solutions.

• Troubleshoot technical problems, collaborating with internal and external teams to address challenges.

• Perform test reservations, analyze results, and pinpoint sources of errors to improve system functionality.

• Coordinate with IT teams and connectivity partners to resolve system defects effectively.

• Provide support to management by handling additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements • Previous experience in the hospitality industry or related fields is highly preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional attention to detail and self-motivation.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and critical-thinking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and web-based platforms.

• Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
