The IT Release Integration Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the technical aspects of release management within an enterprise transformation program. This role ensures that all IT components—applications/products, infrastructure, testing, integrations, end-user access, and data—are aligned and ready for deployment across multiple release waves. The lead partners closely with the Business Release Integration Lead to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery and minimal disruption to operations.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and manage the integrated IT release calendar in alignment with business release plans.
+ Establish processes for requirements tracking, including design, scheduling, testing and deployment.
+ Coordinate across IT organizations including but not limited to development, infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure readiness.
+ Manage dependencies across teams, systems, environments, and third-party vendors.
+ Oversee environment provisioning, configuration, and refresh schedules.
+ Ensure consistency across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
+ Ensure performance testing is planned ahead of deployment clusters and issues are proactively addressed. Develop baseline KPIs to measure against.
+ Manage configuration baselines and version control.
+ Enforce change control processes for IT components, including scope, timing, and resource impacts.
+ Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with releases.
+ Maintain traceability of changes and ensure audit readiness.
+ Ensure technical releases comply with internal controls, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
+ Partner with audit and compliance teams to validate control effectiveness.
+ Coordinate technical aspects of user access provisioning and de-provisioning.
+ Ensure role-based access controls and segregation of duties are enforced.
+ Support access reviews and remediation activities.
Qualifications:
+ 12 years of technical leadership experience in systems administration, network administration, web application technologies, platform management, data security risk management, or similar fields
+ 7 years experience in the design, implementation, and management of enterprise applications
+ 5 years experience managing projects and contracts with outside vendors and consultants
+ Administrative experience including organization, planning, cost and benefit analysis, budgeting and project management, and evaluation
+ Excellent communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with IT leadership teams, and with the ability to build coalitions across organization
+ Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle methodologies, change control, change management, and project management
+ Strong project management skills
