Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will leverage your financial expertise to drive strategic decision-making through detailed analysis, reporting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming data into actionable insights, enhancing business performance, and supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, collaborating with business leaders to create detailed financial projections.

• Analyze financial performance through weekly reports, evaluating sales, margins, pricing, inventory, and logistics costs.

• Perform variance analyses to identify trends and key business drivers, providing insights into actual versus planned performance.

• Develop and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards to visualize performance metrics across departments.

• Automate reporting processes by integrating data from accounting and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Train non-financial team members on how to interpret financial dashboards and reports effectively.

• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to translate data into actionable business strategies.

• Monitor product and customer profitability, pricing trends, and inventory turnover to optimize operational performance.

• Support leadership in scenario modeling, investment analysis, and evaluating cost-benefit opportunities.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance reporting and analysis workflows. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP& A, preferably within distribution, food, or similar industries.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and complex formulas.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools, including dashboard creation and data integration.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Business Central, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
