    Description We are looking for a dedicated File Clerk to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient organization and management of physical and electronic records. This position requires both attention to detail and the ability to handle physical tasks, contributing to the overall success of our filing operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Digitize paper records by scanning and converting them into electronic files.

    • Upload scanned documents to designated electronic folders for team access.

    • Organize and store physical records in onsite filing systems as directed.

    • Prepare boxed files for secure shipment to external storage facilities.

    • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with established filing procedures.

    • Maintain accuracy and detail-oriented processes in all record-keeping tasks.

    • Handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes as needed. Requirements • Availability to work onsite, Monday through Friday.

    • Ability to lift and move boxes comfortably as part of the role.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing records.

    • Dependable and punctual with the ability to follow instructions.

    • Experience with scanning and electronic filing systems.

    • Familiarity with organizing and handling physical file boxes.
