Description
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Nashua, New Hampshire. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial modeling and analysis to provide valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and skilled in delivering actionable recommendations to support organizational goals.
+ Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
+ Assist with annual budget preparation and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports.
+ Perform variance and trend analyses, providing actionable insights to leadership.
+ Analyze market conditions, historical trends, and competitive factors to assess performance.
+ Evaluate cost and revenue initiatives to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
+ Build and automate dashboards to track labor metrics and key performance indicators.
+ Measure the financial impact and ROI of marketing campaigns and promotions.
+ Prepare presentations and reports for executive and Board meetings.
+ Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support time-sensitive business decisions.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven financial solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in FP& A, corporate finance, or business analysis (gaming, hospitality, or entertainment preferred)
Advanced Excel skills — modeling, pivot tables, and complex data analysis
Experience with financial reporting systems and BI tools preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sharp attention to detail
Proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative across teams
Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
