    Job Summary

    We are is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to support our property management operations. As a key contact for residents, prospects, and staff, you will play an essential role in ensuring efficient leasing processes and delivering excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as the main point of contact for prospective tenants, providing information and scheduling tours

    + Assist with lease applications, background checks, and document collection

    + Prepare, review, and execute leasing documents and agreements

    + Track lease renewals, expirations, and vacancies; maintain accurate records in property management systems

    + Collaborate with property managers, maintenance, and other team members to address resident queries and resolve issues

    + Support marketing efforts, including online listings, social media promotion, and coordination of property showings

    + Ensure compliance with leasing policies, regulations, and company standards

    + Handle administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and responding to emails and calls

    Requirements

    Skills and Qualifications

     

    + 1+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or administrative support roles

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software such as Yardi, Door Loop, and Entrata

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

    + Customer service oriented with effective problem-solving skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
