    In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day accounting and monthly close function for one of their largest business units! We are looking for someone to provide expertise in account analysis and reconciliations, intercompany accounting, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, financial statement preparation and consolidation, flux analysis, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance. We are also looking for someone to help create efficiencies and drive process improvement through use of AI tools.

    Responsibilities include:

    - Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, revenue and expenses

     

    - Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

     

    - Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

     

    - Present analysis on financial results such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.

     

    - Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

     

    - Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary

    Requirements

    - BA/BS in Accounting or related, CPA credentials a plus

     

    - Big 4 or large public accounting firm experience strongly desired

     

    - 2+ years of public accounting audit experience

     

    - Will also consider 2+ years of general accounting experience working for a large publicly traded company

     

    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

     

    - Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines

     

    - Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
