    About theJob

     

    The Associate

    Developer, IT Enterprise Business Systems works within the Enterprise Business

    Systems team. The Enterprise Business Systems team’s goal in the company is to

    enable internal teams to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively using

    enterprise applications and data. This is a technical role that will be

    instrumental in extending SaaS applications that serve internal departments and

    to safeguard the software investments we make for internal operations. This

    role will be instrumental for supporting and maintaining customizations &

    integrations in/between off-the-shelf SaaS software, such as CRM, ERP, etc.

    What youwill do

    + Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2support tickets related to customizations and integrations.

    + Develop, maintain, and optimizeApex code, stored procedures, database structures, and ETL processes toensure data quality and adaptability.

    + Build and optimize complex UI-basedautomations (e.g. SFDC Flow, Certinia Foundations Mappings, Workato, etc.)

    + Create and maintain documentationfor customizations, interfaces, data stores, transport technologies, andsource data.

    + Validate customizations and dataintegration processes in test environments.

    + Contribute to identifying scalablesolutions in existing systems and/or implementing new systems

    + Perform Unit and QA testing

    + Perform routine maintenance andmonitoring of SaaS applications and integrations.

    + Ensure acceptable levels of systemintegrity and security.

    What youneed

    + 1–2 years of hands-on experiencein **software development** , **enterprise business systems** ,or a related technical role. Internships, co-op programs, or equivalentpractical experience may be considered.

    + Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, SoftwareEngineering, related field; or equivalent professional experience

    + Quick learner with a strongcuriosity and drive to solve problems through technology.

    + Ownership perspective with aproactive approach to troubleshooting and solution-building.

    + Detail oriented with the ability tounderstand both the user problem and technical solution

    + Excellent communication skills tocollaborate with stakeholders and vendors.

    + Strong documentation skills toclearly define problems and solutions.

    + Exceptional customer service andmultitasking abilities.

    + Critical thinking skills tonavigate complex technical challenges.

    PreferredSkills:

    + Experience supporting enterprisesystems such as CRM or ERP platforms.

    + Familiarity with Salesforceplatform configuration and low-code automation tools.

    + Experience with ticketing systems(e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, FreshService).

    + Exposure to Salesforce Lightningcomponents.

    + Working knowledge of SQL and/orApex.

    + AWS Platform Events experience is aplus.
