Job Requisition: REQ4093 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Hiring Range: $ 18.74- $25.07
The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilites:
+ Presents a professional, welcoming first contact to all clients, vendors, staff, etc. – by phone, in person, and email.
+ Keeps office equipment maintained
+ General Office Support Functions:
+ Provides general administrative support for meetings , conferences and speeches support: including arranging, follow up calls, maintaining office space schedules, securing food and supplies, copying + faxing , preparing agendas . Prepares meeting minutes & follow-up on action items
+ Assists leaders in preparing committee reports, including maintaining or obtaining data needed by the various committees
+ Tracks and helps manage calendars, and other duties as assigned
+ Orders and manages supplies/tools and maintenance of storage areas
+ Makes staff travel arrangements and expense tracking, program and stipend supplies, etc.
+ Manages, tracks and files vendor information, insurance documentation, PO’s and invoices.
+ Organizes and coordinates projects, conferences and other events
+ Identifies and implements systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes
+ Participates in multidisciplinary meetings, committees, and projects addressing issues related to educational initiatives, conflict resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services/systems, and performance measures
+ Establishes and maintains various filing and records management systems
+ Reviews, proofreads, and edits documents prepared for the administrator’s or executive’s signature and as otherwise requested
Additional Responsibilities:
This position may serve in multiple additional roles. Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Education, Training & Experience:
• Associates degree and/or Graduate of a trade school preferred . Two years of administrative or facility experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
