Operations Pricing Specialist

Job Description

The Operations Pricing Specialist will support the Transportation team by focusing on backend, tactical work. This entry-level, hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, detail, and operational excellence, with minimal external interaction.

Responsibilities

+ Execute carrier requests and pull data from the platform.

+ Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews and pulling pricing for carriers.

+ Manage support boxes and handle internal/external requests for information.

+ Provide timely and accurate operational reporting.

+ Support continuous improvement, quality control, and standardization efforts.

+ Learn and apply transportation and energy industry best practices.

+ Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

+ Perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ 1–3 years of experience in data accuracy, order verification, or operations.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Professional verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM with some flexibility.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Appleton, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
