    Operations Finance Coordinator

    Job Description

    We are seeking an Operations Finance Coordinator who will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the Operations Finance department.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare invoices and credit memos in a timely and accurate manner.

    + Prepare and maintain data structures for loading into financial management systems.

    + Manipulate, consolidate, and load budget data into financial management systems.

    + Set up projects for billing and time tracking purposes.

    + Compile, analyze, and report financial data across different segments of the business ensuring data integrity.

    + Research and resolve general inquiries, billing, and data issues.

    + Ensure proper approvals for documents and maintain compliance with audit requirements.

    + Perform authorization activities and track changes in contract value.

    + Complete month-end related activities.

    Essential Skills

    + High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

    + At least 2 years of experience providing knowledge and skills for the job.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

    + Good organizational and time management skills.

    + Confidence in handling sensitive information and data effectively.

    + Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.

    + Good written and oral communication skills.

    + Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

    + Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.

    + Working knowledge of accounting principles.

    Work Environment

    The role involves working with financial management systems and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. The work environment is collaborative, encouraging interaction with various levels of the organization. The dress code is business casual, and the position may require handling sensitive financial data.

    This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.92 - $24.35/hr.
