Description
In this role, the Customer Service Manager leads the inside sales and customer service team, ensuring effective order management and shipment of products to a global customer base. The CSM is responsible for building strong customer relationships, acting as the voice of the customer internally, and driving continuous improvement in customer service processes. This role requires deep aerospace industry knowledge, strong leadership and team management skills, the ability to implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and excellent communication abilities. The CSM collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, supports sales and financial goals, and fosters a high-performing, customer-focused team culture.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $116000.00 - $174000.00/yr.
