    Job Title: Data Analyst

    Job Description

    This fully remote role is perfect for a skilled Data Analyst who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will work with senior management and technical teams to coordinate changes in computer databases and implement database management systems, ultimately supporting critical decision-making in a supply chain environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with senior management, technical, and client teams to determine data requirements and best practices for data manipulation, storage, and analysis.

    + Write and code logical and physical database descriptions, specifying identifiers of databases to management systems.

    + Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes.

    + Modify existing databases and database management systems or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.

    + Test programs or databases, correct errors, and make necessary modifications.

    Essential Skills

    + Expert proficiency in Power BI dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX.

    + Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.

    + Experience with database technologies and SQL or other data tools.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deliver results on time.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Experience collaborating in cross-functional and remote teams.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + 5+ years of experience, particularly in a global or multi-site supply chain environment.

    + Experience in project-based or contract roles.

    + Familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning systems, such as SAP IBP or Kinaxis.

    + Knowledge of database or scripting languages, such as SQL, Python, or R.

    + Certifications like APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) are a plus.

    + Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

    Work Environment

    This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. The team operates primarily in CST and EST time zones. Daily communication occurs via Microsoft Teams, and task management is conducted through tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira. You will have access to our Power BI Service for sharing dashboards with stakeholders, with data accessible securely through VPN. The role provides a focused impact on supply chain operations and opportunities for professional growth and networking.

    This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $58.00/hr.
