    Work Environment

     

    The position requires onsite presence for 5 days a week in an open cubicle setting, with a dedicated workspace. The work schedule is full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm.

    Job Description

    Will manage day-to-day data management activities within the Customer Master Data team, coordinating closely with the Team Lead. This role involves partnering with leadership to address process issues, strategize on process improvements, and ensure up-to-date processes and procedures. The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in establishing data governance standards, ensuring data quality and integrity, and optimizing customer information processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and establish data quality metrics.

    + Implement data management best practices and serve as a backup in pricing, licensing updates, and rebate accrual.

    + Ensure accuracy and timeliness within SOP guidelines for data management activities.

    + Participate in process improvement initiatives related to data and beyond.

    + Assist in the design, integration, and implementation of new process flows across departments.

    + Support management with ad hoc reports and special projects as required.

    + Serve as master data subject matter expert on system integrations or enhancements.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient in Outlook, Excel (including Vlookups, Pivot tables, formulas), and PowerPoint.

    + 5+ years of experience in master data management.

    + Agile experience for 2+ years.

    + 3+ years of case management experience.

    + Strong understanding of data governance and pricing and contracting policies and procedures.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 5+ years.

    + Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is highly preferred.

    + SAP experience is beneficial.

    + Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

    + Capacity to lead or coordinate multiple projects with relevant priorities.

    This is a Contract position based out of Lake Zurich, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
