This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic executive office team, supporting high-level executives in a fast-paced environment. The position is initially onsite with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule after the initial ramp-up period.
Responsibilities
+ Provide day-to-day operational support to the Executive Assistant and broader Executive Office team, serving as a trusted backup and adapting to shifting needs and timelines.
+ Manage calendar support for the Chief of Staff, including scheduling across multiple time zones and balancing urgent requests with long-term planning.
+ Coordinate and oversee executive office logistics, including procurement of supplies and facilities-related requests, ensuring smooth operations.
+ Support and execute special assignments and ad-hoc projects with limited guidance and tight deadlines.
+ Provide onsite support during core business hours, maintaining high levels of availability and responsiveness.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and optimize resource use.
+ Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and tact.
+ Embody a proactive, customer service mindset while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 5 years of experience with executive support, including calendaring, travel, and team support.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience supporting an executive at the C-level.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience working in the enterprise tech industry.
+ Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a confidential environment or managing confidential communications is preferred.
+ Previous experience in HR or navigating confidential information is a plus.
+ Experience working in an executive office, especially for CVP, CTO, or President, is advantageous.
Work Environment
The role is based in Redmond, WA, and requires onsite presence at building 43. The position starts as fully onsite, with potential to transition to a hybrid model with 3-4 days onsite and 1-2 days remote per week. Core business hours are Monday to Friday, with standard hours and occasional overtime. The work environment is dynamic, requiring flexibility and a fast-paced approach.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $47.00/hr.
