    • What You’ll Do

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects

    + Translate customer needs into tailored proposals and technical solutions

    + Collaborate with engineering teams to develop accurate specifications and pricing

    + Prepare and present compelling sales quotes and product recommendations

    + Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations to drive new business

    + Track orders, manage purchase documentation, and support inside sales operations

    • What You Bring

    + AA/BS in Engineering or equivalent experience in a technical sales role

    + Familiarity with temperature sensors or industrial measurement systems

    + Strong project management and negotiation skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

    + Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

    • Pay & Perks

    + Hourly Rate: $28.85 – $31.25

    This is a fully onsite role in Northampton, MA, with standard hours Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.
