We are seeking a Project Coordinator II who will work with vendors, sellers, and internal stakeholders to influence optimal packaging solutions that are sustainable, cost-effective, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role involves driving awareness and adoption of packaging programs, eliminating defects, and innovating to improve processes. This position is highly SOP and process-driven, focusing on internal process execution, complex workflow analysis, and continuous improvement to support program scalability and automation.
Responsibilities
+ Own and execute SOP-driven workflows for packaging programs and chargeback compliance.
+ Identify process gaps and propose improvements to eliminate defects and customer pain points.
+ Build and maintain detailed SOP documentation for internal and external enablement.
+ Collaborate on refining agenticAI workflows for dispute management and troubleshooting.
+ Train AI models to improve accuracy and reduce dispute volume.
+ Develop SOPs for eventual handoff to automated or outsourced workflows.
+ Review and validate vendor compliance with packaging programs.
+ Investigate and resolve disputes, waivers, and escalations in collaboration with vendor managers.
+ Monitor trends and report insights to improve compliance and reduce costs.
+ Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and refine processes.
+ Participate in weekly meetings to review escalations, SOP gaps, and program updates.
Essential Skills
+ 2–3+ years of experience in process-driven roles, compliance, or operations.
+ Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to ask the right questions and follow up diligently.
+ Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
+ Analytical thinker with good judgment and troubleshooting ability.
+ Familiarity with compliance, policy adherence, and education at scale.
+ Comfort working with AI-driven tools and contributing to automation strategies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with chargeback programs, vendor compliance, or dispute resolution.
+ Exposure to AI/automation projects and SOP development.
+ Ability to train others and scale processes effectively.
Work Environment
This role is primarily internal-facing and not customer-facing. The goal is to automate processes within 12 months; the role may not convert unless new opportunities arise. The initial contract is for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The position can be based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for hybrid work for candidates located in Bellevue to allow for more face time with leadership.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
