    Job Title: Coordinator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coordinator to oversee and administer our company's vision within assigned areas of responsibility. This role involves resolving complex issues as guided by leadership and ensuring compliance with established standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Administer the company vision throughout areas of responsibility and execute resolution of complex issues as prescribed by leadership.

    + Identify and escalate high-risk situations per the Basic Escalation Guide.

    + Refer situations to the appropriate stakeholder when they belong to a different area.

    + Resolve problems following the Situation Handling Guide.

    + Initiate input tickets or Problem Resolution Plans for identified problems.

    + Execute specified resolutions to problems as determined by the problem resolution plans.

    + Handle urgent behavioral or performance-related employee issues according to the Boundaries of Engagement.

    + Utilize designated processes, locations, and checklists to ensure required steps are completed and recorded accurately.

    + Assist in the administration of schedules and assignments, monitoring adherence and providing feedback.

    + Collaborate with HR and PET teams to recruit, onboard, train, and retain talent, and assist in achieving a high-performance workforce.

    + Contribute technical proficiency and qualification feedback during interviews.

    + Train employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    + Procure data inputs to maintain, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as directed by leadership.

    + Conduct assessments of 5S and PM assessments and contribute to the performance review process.

    + Identify and communicate improvements or issues outside of direct responsibility to promote interdepartmental communication.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in production control logistics.

    + Expertise in inventory management.

    + Experience in production planning and scheduling.

    + Strong administrative skills.

    + Knowledge in quality control.

    + Commitment to continuous improvement.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + 5+ years of relevant experience in a production or warehouse environment.

    + Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

    Work Environment

    This position is 100% onsite in Commerce. There are two positions available: one from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and another from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. This role offers a short-term contract with the potential to become permanent in a well-established, growing, family-owned company.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
