We’re looking for a Warehousing & Distribution Manager who thrives on driving efficiency, building processes from the ground up, and creating a culture of excellence across a complex, multi-site network.

     

    In this high-impact role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Planning & Logistics, Outdoor, and serve as a critical link between Operations, Finance, and Logistics. Your leadership will influence everything from inventory accuracy to capacity optimization—while introducing cutting-edge technologies and continuous improvement practices.

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead & Innovate: Oversee shipping, receiving, and warehousing across multiple sites, setting the standard for operational excellence.

    + Optimize Flow: Partner with Operations to streamline material and product movement for maximum efficiency.

    + Drive Accuracy: Champion inventory initiatives through cycle and physical counts, ensuring precision and reliability.

    + Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with Finance and Logistics on budgets, capital planning, and cost optimization.

    + Ensure Safety & Compliance: Maintain adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and import/export compliance (including CTPAT).

    + Champion Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies to elevate performance and reduce waste.

    What You Bring

    + Proven experience in operations and supply chain management with a strong track record in multi-site leadership.

    + Expertise in multi-modal shipping (parcel, ocean, air, rail, LTL, truckload) and 3PL management.

    + Proficiency in distribution technologies (WMS, OMS, TMS) and import/export compliance.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business—or 10+ years of relevant experience.

    + Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

    + Ability to travel up to 25% and maintain U.S. work eligibility.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
