Vishay, Yankton, SD, is currently seeking a full-time Production Assembler responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies using the various processes of assembling, winding, soldering, potting and testing.

Job Location

This position is located on-site Yankton, SD. We are situated in Southeast South Dakota: on the banks of the Missouri River and minutes from Lewis and Clark Lake where you can enjoy a variety of outdoor recreational activities.

What you will be doing:

+ Follows methods and sequences of operations in performing applicable assembly operations by following established documents and using materials and equipment provided.

+ Ability to do repetitive tasks that require the use of various defined procedures.

+ Good eye/hand coordination skills with or without the use of a microscope.

+ May require the ability to use magnifying tools to see small items not clear to naked eye.

+ May require the use of precision measuring devices.

+ Adheres to company Quality and Environmental Health & Safety requirements.

+ Other Duties as assigned.
