    Stockman Bank of Montana (Billings, MT)


    This position will be housed in one of our Billings branch locations. Exact location to be determined at hire.

    Position General Responsibilities:

    Originate secondary market real estate loans. Represents the Bank in community activities.

     

    Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

    • Sales Oriented.

    • Previous mortgage lending experience.

    • Have strong group of local contacts for business development or ability to develop a strong referral source.

    • Strong communication and organizational skills.

    • Knowledge of secondary market loan process preferred but not required.

    Dimensions of the Job:

    + Handle the origination and processing for secondary real estate loans and development of new business.
