• Manager, IT Audit Consultant

    RGP (Los Gatos, CA)


    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Audit Manager. This role is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our organization's IT controls, systems, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, **with specific experience in Oracle ERP ITGC and ITAC (IT General and Application Controls)** . Requires 3 days in office in San Jose, CA.

     

    + Ensure clarity and implementation of ITGC (IT General Controls) and ITAC (IT Application Controls) **within new Oracle ERP environment** .

    + Collaborate with co-source SOX partner to complete IT documentation requirements.

    + Support Oracle PM and address gaps in user documentation.

    + Maintenance of RCM (Risk Control Matrix) and audit documentation

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e. . , SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).

    + Prepare clear and concise audit reports and present findings to senior management.

    + Monitor remediation efforts and follow up on outstanding audit issues.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.

    + 7+ years of experience in IT auditing, information security, or related roles.

    + **Experience identifying and testing ITGC access controls in Oracle ERP environment.**

    + Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CIA or CPA.

    + Strong knowledge of IT frameworks (e. . , COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001).

    + Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

    + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

    + Pay Range: $80/hr-$90/hr
