Our Wireless Technology team is pioneering the future of connectivity. We're developing and enhancing a unique hybrid network model—combining our advanced, cloud-native 5G core with the nationwide reach of our partners. This approach ensures our network is flexible and powerful, designed to satisfy the social, economic, and transformative needs of the changing world.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

+ Act in a technical leadership capacity: Mentor junior engineers and new team members, and apply technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems

+ Install, test, and administer virtualization using VMware and WindRiver tools or similar interfaces

+ Implement and maintain the computer systems so they are compliant with the organization’s guidelines or SOP (Standards Operating Procedure)

+ Lead incident response initiatives across team members working on incident response, ensuring rapid technical response

+ Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures

+ Develop automated responses to incidents so that manual intervention is not necessary

+ Manage priority of issues and tickets to maintain the healthy operation of the wireless platform

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

+ Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical degree; eight or more years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 6 or more years of professional experience in VMware/WindRiver/Telco services and tools

+ 4 or more years experience in programming using one or more of the following: Java, C++, Perl, Python, Ruby, or advanced Shell scripting

Skills and Qualifications:

+ Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirements, quickly identify problems, and collaboratively find creative solutions

+ Ability to assist in documenting requirements as well as resolve conflicts or ambiguities

+ Highly developed written and verbal communication skills

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $180,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
