Our employees play a vital role in advancing sustainability, environmental justice, and clean energy solutions, ensuring a positive and lasting impact on Massachusetts and its residents. *_MEP:_* Protect the environment and the natural resources of the Commonwealth through enforcement, education and public outreach. /_Job Description:_/ Assist with the operations of the Massachusetts Environmental Police Boat and Recreational Vehicle Safety Bureau by performing administration duties for the training, accident investigation and boat education units. _Key Responsibilities:_ * Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate information resources/staff * Assisting with other administrative tasks * Assist with trainings for the boat safety program /_Preferred Skills and Qualifications:_/ * Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with public * Data entry * MS office including Excel and Word * An interest working in a law enforcement environment * Knowledge of boats, the marine environment, law enforcement, recreational vehicles and other outdoor activities preferred First consideration will be given to those applicants that apply within the first 14 days.
