    About This Role

    What You'll Do

    Financial Document Processing:

    + Review and process incoming mail with focus on checks and invoices

    + Investigate and resolve returned check situations using critical thinking and client communication

    + Match financial documents to appropriate claims using detective-like analytical skills

    + Maintain accurate digital records through scanning and spreadsheet management

    Data Management & Reporting:

    + Create detailed deposit reports with supporting documentation

    + Log invoice numbers and amounts with precision

    + Coordinate with accounting team on completed deposits

    + Ensure compliance with financial recordkeeping protocols

    Administrative Excellence:

    + Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion

    + Manage outgoing mail processing and general office support tasks

    + Work independently while knowing when to seek clarification

    + Maintain organized workflows in a structured environment

     

    What We're Looking For

    Core Qualifications:

    + Intermediate Excel experience (comfortable working with spreadsheets and existing formulas)

    + Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

    + Excellent attention to detail and memory recall

    + Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, email, and scanning applications

    + High level of integrity when handling sensitive financial information

    Preferred Experience:

    + Background with invoices, medical claims, or data entry

    + Previous administrative or financial coordination roles

    + Experience in healthcare or insurance environments

    Requirements:

    + Ability to pass standard background check and drug screening

    + Comfortable working on-site full-time in Redding, CA

    Pay and Benefits
