Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Management Specialist to join our Vendor management team. This role supports the full lifecycle of IT and software vendors, including new vendor onboarding, renewals, contract compliance, and cost optimisation. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and Accounting to ensure vendors are managed efficiently, risks are mitigated, and governance standards are maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic global environment, with exposure to enterprise vendor management processes and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Vendor Lifecycle Management ● Maintain an accurate vendor database including key contacts, contract details, renewal dates, and performance metrics. ● Coordinate the onboarding of new software vendors, ensuring completion of compliance, legal, and InfoSec checks. ● Manage renewals proactively to ensure uninterrupted service and optimal contract terms. ● Obtain and validate vendor quotations, negotiate where appropriate, and coordinate approval workflows. Contract & Compliance Oversight ● Support Legal and Vendor Risk Management teams with contract reviews, NDAs, and data processing agreements. ● Ensure all vendor documents are up-to-date and stored in compliance with internal governance. ● Monitor adherence to SLAs and escalate performance or compliance issues when required. Financial & Operational Coordination ● Work with Finance/Accountanting to raise POs, track invoices, and reconcile payments. ● Maintain visibility of vendor spend and identify opportunities for savings or consolidation. ● Support internal audits by maintaining clear, accurate documentation of all vendor activities. Performance Reporting & Communication ● Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarising vendor performance, contract status, and renewal forecasts. ● Collaborate with stakeholders to align vendor services with business objectives. ● Act as the main contact for assigned vendors, ensuring strong communication and issue resolution.

Hybrid - 3 days on site 3-5 years of exp Need to have exp with -Concur, Jira, Certa, Contract Wrangler would be a nice to have. Managing Renewals inside and outside of IT. About 100 plus vendors. Onboarding new vendors. Negotiation, not missing a renewal. Possibly 2 roles. 1 in SF and 1 in UK. 3 days onsite. 6-month contract with the potential for FTE conversion in the future.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
