Are you passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Provider Relations Specialist and play a key role in supporting our provider network while ensuring compliance and quality standards. One week of ONSITE training in Lincoln, Nebraska then can work remote - must reside within 1 hour of Lincoln.

What You’ll Do

+ Serve as the primary contact for providers, delivering outstanding customer service and education on contractual requirements.

+ Strengthen provider loyalty and maintain network persistency.

+ Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.

+ Act as a liaison for panel leasing arrangements, resolving complaints and claim discrepancies.

+ Assist in provider recruitment and fee negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.

+ Ensure compliance with state laws and PPO contract requirements.

+ Maintain accurate provider data and documentation in our Managed Care imaging system.

+ Partner with Provider Network Representatives to expand our growing network.

+ Provide effective complaint resolution for insured members and network providers.

What We’re Looking For

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.

+ Experience: 2–4 years in a related role with strong knowledge of provider contracts.

+ Skills:Data entry and document management

+ Customer service excellence

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite

+ Ability to interpret and manage provider contracts

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
