    _We are seeking a reliable and skilled_ **_Maintenance Technician_** _to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment and facilities are operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP standards._

     

    Title: Maintenance Technician (Multiple Openings!)

     

    **Location:** Thousand Oaks, CA

    **Pay:** $21-$24/hr

    Shift Options (as assigned based on business needs):

    + Sun–Tue & every other Wed (5 AM–6 PM)

    + Thu–Sat & every other Wed (5 AM–6 PM)

    + Sun–Tue & every other Sat (5 PM–6 AM)

    + Wed–Fri & every other Sat (5 PM–6 AM)

    Overview:

    The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of manufacturing and utility equipment to ensure reliable and compliant operations within a GMP environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance, including inspections, overhauls, rebuilds, and repairs.

    + Complete all work safely, compliantly, and on schedule with proper documentation per GMP/SOP standards.

    + Troubleshoot production and utility systems; support equipment design, installation, and testing.

    + Coordinate contractors and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams.

    + Maintain systems in inspection-ready condition and continuously improve maintenance processes.

    Qualifications:

    + **Education/Experience:** Associate degree + 2 yrs experience; or technical school + hands-on experience; or HS diploma/GED + 4 yrs experience.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude, eagerness to learn, and positive attitude required.

    + Working knowledge of pumps, valves, seals, motors, and lubrication systems.

    + Familiarity with cGMP, CMMS systems, and technical documentation.

    + Ability to read P&IDs, operate safely around hazardous materials, and lift up to 50 lbs.

    + **Nice to have:** Prior pharmaceutical or biotech maintenance experience. **This is a Full-time Contract to hire positions with benefits.** INDBH
