Join a personal care manufacturer who is seeking a chemical compounder who will be responsible for precisely weighing and mixing raw materials to produce liquid compounds for personal care products like skincare, haircare, and fragrances.

**Shifts Available:** 2nd/3rd (3pm-11pm, M-F) OR (11pm-7am, M-F)

**Type:** Contract to hire

**Rate** : $20-$21/hr dependent on shift

**Location:** Roanoke, VA

What You’ll Do:

+ Accurately weigh and mix raw materials according to established formulas and specifications.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company and safety standards.

+ Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure products meet quality standards.

+ Set up, calibrate, and operate equipment for precise production runs.

+ Conduct quality control tests to verify product consistency and integrity.

+ Document production data for batch records and regulatory compliance.

+ Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.

+ Perform routine cleaning and maintenance following standard operating procedures.

+ Support the training and onboarding of new compounders.

+ Responsibilities may vary slightly depending on location.

Education & Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Experience in chemical compounding or production
