    Mountain Ltd. has an opening for a Wireless Business Development Manager!

     

    Since 1979, Mountain Ltd. has successfully created and supported turnkey engineering solutions for traditional and wireless telecom providers across the United States. We are a national leader in the industry, providing high-quality engineering, on-time service delivery, and skilled personnel paired with innovative technology and creative solutions. Specialties include OSP/ISP engineering, design, permitting, right-of-way and CAD for traditional and wireless telecommunications companies.

     

    We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead sales efforts for our architecture, engineering, and field services within our Wireless division. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of building relationships and closing deals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Identify and pursue new business opportunities in wireless telecom, focusing on A&E and field services

    + Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at telecom carriers, OEMs, and infrastructure providers

    + Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings to client needs

    + Represent Mountain Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

    + Track market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy

    + Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts with professionalism

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of business development experience in wireless telecom

    + Proven track record consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    + Strong understanding of telecom architecture, engineering, and field services

    + Established network of industry contacts and clients, preferably direct relationships with the major wireless carriers and national tower operators.

    + Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

    + The preferred candidate will also have a foundational understanding of AI concepts and data center infrastructure.

    + This role requires 25% to 50% travel as needed to client offices, industry events, and conferences.

     

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
