Job Title: Warehouse / Packaging Associate

Type: Contract To Hire

Compensation: $18 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Production Worker / Warehouse Helper

Production Worker / Warehouse Helper Responsibilities:

+ Assists in the manufacturing of clay pots

+ Moves material to and from production area

+ Assisted in warehouse, receiving and shipping areas as needed

+ Helps load and unload trucks

+ Provides accurate production numbers, scrap numbers, pattern size numbers and number of shots made in a particular pattern during that day’s production.

+ Remove mold and place back in position

+ Place quality molds on the tray for curing. Molds that are not deemed good quality must be scrapped at the machine before curing.

+ Pack molds for shipping

Production Worker / Warehouse Helper Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Read, speak and write English

+ Completes provided Safety training

+ Drive a forklift only if he/she has had forklift training

+ Shipping, kitting, unkitting, loading and unloading of trucks after being trained.

+ Be able to work peacefully with other co-workers as a team member (socially compatible) and be able to take orders from their superiors.
