    Minimum qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    + 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

    + 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

    Preferred qualifications:

    + MBA or Master's degree.

    + Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.

    + Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for an organization.

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills combined with business acumen.

    Responsibilities

    + Drive projects, identify and assess strategic opportunities, and influence executive-level decision making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations on potential options, risks, and upsides to support business growth.

    + Identify and address systemic business issues through innovative, creative solutions. Navigate ambiguity and translate undefined problems into plans.

    + Build relationships with executive stakeholders, influencing and aligning groups on solutions that drive business growth.

    + Serve as a trusted advisor leveraging knowledge of internal systems and industry trends to inform decision making.

    + Set the strategic direction for the team, aligning team goals with broader organizational objectives and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve results.
