    What You'll Do

     

    The Delivery Executive provides effective project/program oversight for one or more strategic accounts. In this billable role, the DE works closely with the customer, the Services Account Executive and other partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of SAP solutions and is a significant contributor to the overall success of the customer relationship. The DE is responsible for ensuring that effective Program Governance is established for each account and is the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle, from sales support through implementation and post-go-live. In addition to delivery support, the DE is responsible for positioning additional SAP Services in support of the success of the customer.

     

    + Analyze and execute on strategic projects, building consensus among stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy and communicating project goals and values at a strategic level

    + Manage overall services relationship between customer, partner and SAP during transformations

    + Ensure that projects / programs are delivered on-time, within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction

    + Build credibility/trust with strategic customers from sales support through implementation and post go live.

    + Provide coaching and mentoring for the SAP project team by following a strong career framework that includes skills enhancement and career development planning

    + Assist the SAP sales team in the closing of deals by defining the strategy, value proposition and providing oversight during the deal pursuit. This entails working across multiple SAP LOBs and closely aligning with partners.

    + Identify and develop business opportunities; creates long term value plans with customer to achieve customer business objectives and expanding SAP services on the account

    + Support administrative and cultural excellence by demonstrating behaviors consistent with our values-based culture: Customer Focus, Quality, Product Excellence, Integrity, Commitment, and Passion

    + To drive customer's proper adoption and consumption of SAP software solutions

     

    What You Build

    Required:

    + 10 years of SAP services sales and/or delivery experience including services management experience

    + 7 Years of program management experience in 4 end-to-end SAP Software project lifecycles including PMP certification

    + Exceptional executive communication and client relationship building skills

    + Must have experience delivering software in large Enterprise environments (Fortune 100)

    + Must have superior project financials business acumen (forecasting, allocated revenue, etc.)

    + Adept in large corporate organizational change management & strategies

    + Leadership experience in large SAP transformation programs

    + Ability to navigate presales

    + Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); Master’s degree preferred

    + Large Systems Integrator experience

    + Track record of achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects of meaningful scope and duration

    + Proven ability to build trusted relationships at the client executive level

    + Ability to effectively manage and resolve client escalations

    + Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change

    + Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members

    + Excellent understanding of SAP solutions and of the consulting business processes and functions

    **Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 200600 - 340900(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
