The Role

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking aCable Assemblerto work out of its brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Mesa. The successful candidate will report to the Assembly Supervisor and will work with a team of fellow employees to ensure efficient production.

The key responsibilities of thisCable Assemblerinclude, but are not limited to:

+ Read, interpret and follow blueprints and job instructions to accurately assemble product.

+ Perform in process checks to ensure products meet internal and customer quality standards.

+ Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures.

+ Maintain and clean and safe work area.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of aCable Assemblerat Amphenol Aerospace Operations:

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in wire harness/cable assembly in a manufacturing environment (strip and crimp, soldering, printing labels, ty strapping/cable lacing, connectorizing, wire harness testing, RTV, etc.)

+ Able to read and understand job layouts, blueprints, schematics and work from written and verbal job instructions on operations

+ Basic AS-9100 knowledge desired

+ Required: IPC/WHMA-A-620 Modules 1-8; Preferred: J-STD-001
