About the Role:

Amergis Healthcareis seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide 1:1 support for amale elementary school student. This full-time, school-based role includespersonal care, classroom support, and basic health services under thesupervision of the district school nurse or clinical designee.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide direct care - following student's care plan

+ Monitor and support student with urostomy and catheter

+ Collaborate with classroom staff (teacher and assistant) to support student participation

+ Maintain accurate documentation and follow school health protocols

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in North Carolina

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB screening and health certificate (as required)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Experience with pediatric or school-based care preferred
