    Job Title: 1:1 School LVN – K–12 Students

     

    Job Type: On call - Per diem

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide 1:1 care for students in K–12 school settings. The LVN will monitor and address student health concerns throughout the school day, promote wellness, provide health education, and support disease prevention. All care is delivered within the LVN scope of practice and in compliance with California education codes.

    Minimum Requirements:

    - Current LVN license in California

     

    - One year of school nurse experience (preferred)

     

    - One year of pediatric experience (preferred)

     

    - Current CPR certification (if applicable)

     

    - TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

     

    - Current health certificate (per contract/state regulation)

     

    - Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

     

    - Must be at least 18 years of age

     

    - Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
