Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 4, 2026
Schedule: 4 days/week (32 hours/week)
Hours: Full-time (Employees must not exceed 40 hours/week)
Job Description:
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide in-person therapy services to K–12 students across a small, community-focused school district. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy, and maintaining documentation in accordance with physician orders and student care plans.
This district offers a supportive environment, manageable caseloads, and a strong sense of community. All staff placed here have reported positive experiences, and the district recently completed a successful rebrand.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct speech and language evaluations
+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
+ Provide direct therapy services to students
+ Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
+ Maintain accurate documentation using EdPlan
+ Clock in daily using Frontline and submit timecards via Maxview
+ Remain on campus during lunch breaks
Qualifications:
+ Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in North Carolina (required)
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
