    Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based

     

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    Duration: Through end of school year (June 1, 2026)

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time (7 paid hours/day)

     

    Hours/Week: 35 hours/week

    Job Description:

    The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide school-based therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting therapy services in accordance with physician orders and student care plans.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform speech and language evaluations

    + Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

    + Provide direct therapy services to students

    + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

    + Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

    + Travel between assigned school sites (no overnight travel required)

    Qualifications:

    + Active Florida SLP license (required)

    + Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable
