CTG is seeking to fill a SAP HANA-based Supply Chain Manager position for our client in San Diego, CA.
**Duration:** 12 months
Duties:
+ Design, implement, and configure SAP HANA-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions.
+ Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HANA SCM/SD solutions.
+ Optimize sales and distribution operations to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
+ Provide guidance on best practices for SAP HANA SCM/SD modules, including process design and system configuration.
+ Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful solution deployment.
+ Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
Skills:
+ Expertise in SAP HANA, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting client expectations.
+ Knowledge of integration points between SAP HANA SCM/SD and other SAP modules.
+ Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
Experience:
+ Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP HANA-based SCM and SD solutions.
+ Track record of successfully leading SAP HANA projects, from design through implementation.
+ Experience in gathering business requirements, creating solution designs, and configuring SAP systems.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
+ Relevant SAP certifications in HANA, SCM, or SD are highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $67.00 to $83.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
