CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - SAP SCM PM position for our client in Lansing, MI.

**Duration:** 6 months

Duties:

+ Lead client engagements to assess current asset management processes, systems, and pain points.

+ Define and architect SAP EAM solutions, including S/4HANA EAM, Intelligent Asset Management, and integration with GIS, IoT, and predictive maintenance tools.

+ Develop business cases and roadmap execution plans for large-scale SAP transformations.

+ Align solution roadmaps with client strategic goals across utilities, energy, manufacturing, and asset-intensive industries.

+ Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP EAM programs, including scope definition, work planning, team leadership, and risk management.

+ Provide quality assurance and governance over solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.

+ Drive adoption of industry best practices, RISE with SAP, and value realization methodologies.

+ Mentor and develop cross-functional teams across onshore/offshore models.

Skills:

+ 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 6+ years in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance.

+ Strong knowledge of the utilities industry.

+ Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM, Asset Intelligence Network, Asset Strategy & Performance Management, and/or SAP Work Manager/Fiori.

+ Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.

+ Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.

+ Team Leadership & Development, Business Development.

Nice to have skills:

+ Client Advisory & Solution Design.

+ Program & Delivery Leadership.

Experience:

+ Proven track record leading large-scale SAP transformations, including business case development and roadmap execution.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
