    Overview

     

    The Project Administrator II will provide support to the project staff by assisting the day-to-day operations of the project team and professionally represent your team by understanding and acting by the company's core values, leading by example.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage weekly time entry, prepare and submit monthly pay applications and waivers, and maintain subcontractor and equipment commitment and billing logs, as well as accounts receivable billing logs.

    + Additional duties involve processing purchase order and subcontractor requisitions as needed and providing jobsite support such as coordinating office supplies and onboarding new personnel.

    + The role also includes closing out open commitments, tracking receivables, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customer accounting contacts.

    + Support is provided throughout project closeout activities.

    + Additionally, this position assists in training Project Administrator I team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the department.

    + Medium to Large projects: $15M-$30M project(s)

    Qualifications

    Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

    + High School diploma or GED equivalent.

    + 2-3 years of administrative experience

    + Experience with Lump Sum projects, introduction into GMP

    + Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

    + Must be able to multi-task and possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Effective verbal and written communication skills.

    + Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

    + Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.

    Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

    + Construction administrator experience preferred.

    + College-level coursework and/or two years' experience in construction management.

    + Construction billing experience is preferred with AIA billing/Textura as ideal

    Travel Requirements

    + 0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

    Physical/Work Environment Requirements

    + Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    + Climbing stairs.

    + Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

    + Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

    + Quiet environment.

    + Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.

     

    Pay Range

     

    USD $24.28 - USD $32.44 /Hr.
