Sr. Systems Analyst - Reporting Analyst

Required Education/Experience
+ Master's Degree and a minimum of two (2) years full-time work experience or
+ Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three (3) years full-time work experience or
+ Associate's Degree and a minimum of four (4) years full-time work experience or
+ High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) years full-time work experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering, Business or applicable degree and a minimum of three (3) years full-time work experience with ServiceNow or a similar cloud-based platform for digital workflow automation.
Relevant Work Experience
+ Licenses/Certifications in Certified Application Specialist Performance Analytics (CAS-PA), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ITIL 4 Foundation certification, Preferred
+ Proven experience in ServiceNow reporting and Performance Analytics configuration, Preferred
+ Solid understanding of ServiceNow data structures, tables, and relationships, Preferred
+ Experience with ServiceNow scripting (GlideScript, JavaScript) for advanced reporting, Preferred
+ Proficiency in ServiceNow Report Designer, list reports, and scheduled reports, Preferred
+ Proficiency in creating and customizing dashboards, indicators, and breakdowns in Performance Analytics, Required
+ Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions, Required
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to present data insights clearly, Required
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams, Required
+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on, detail-oriented approach, Required

Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
