As a CMMS Specialist here at Honeywell, you will provide ongoing operational and technical support of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) operation across assigned client accounts and provides technical oversight of applicable reporting systems and processes. The position has responsibility for continuous improvement, data query and validation, reporting functions, and operational training on applications associated with CMMS operations. Routinely interacts and collaborates with multiple departments including engineering, project management, and operations personnel to support other technology applications and data management..
You will report directly to our Sr Tech Supp Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Mason, Ohio location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our customers' operations by delivering high-quality technical support and service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Responsible for setup, automation, and optimization of reports utilized for trending and operational KPIs
+ Communicates with customers, both internal and external, on needs and issues related to CMMS
+ Implements database customizations for new customers and projects
+ Performs new customer system implementations, data entry, asset records, and setup of all associated areas including preventative maintenance scheduling and setup of inventory stockrooms
+ Coordinates workload optimization including proper work order entry, optimization of asset records, preventative maintenance procedures and schedules, and optimization of reporting features for quick and easy lookup of history and trends
+ Provides training both internal and external on proper data entry specific to application functionality and features
+ Recommends policies and procedures for best practices with use of CMMS
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 3+ years of proven experience in technical support roles.
+ Previous experience or understanding of inventory management
+ Utilizes strong, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data connections, graphing, conditional formatting, formulas, and VBA Macros)
+ Self-Motivation
