You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in our Aerospace business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
+ Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
+ Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
+ Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
+ Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
+ Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
+ Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
+ Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 6+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
+ Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget.
+ Strong leadership and project management skills.
+ Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
+ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
+ Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or a related role.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
+ Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
