Franchise On-boarding Coordinator
Utah – HYBRID – travel to Lehi, UT two to three times per week
$65K/year+ (DOE)
A rapidly growing company specializing in high quality construction services is looking for an individual to be the point of contact for coordinating the on-boarding process for Franchisees and play a critical role in shaping their early experience. This position leads Franchisees through the on-boarding process — from the moment they sign their agreement to the completion of their initial training and set up.
You’ll coordinate all aspects of on-boarding: scheduling sessions, sharing resources, ensuring milestones are completed, and helping Franchisees feel confident and supported as they launch their business.
This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, process-driven, personable, and loves helping others succeed through clear systems and communication.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for new Franchisees during onboarding and early operations.
+ Coordinate and manage the full onboarding schedule — general and specialized sessions.
+ Lead general onboarding sessions (e.g., business setup, DBA registration, first steps).
+ Schedule and organize specialized training sessions with internal experts (e.g., tech, sales, marketing, production).
+ Track progress through on-boarding checklists and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
+ Provide consistent follow-up and support to ensure Franchisees are set up for success, post-onboarding.
+ Collaborate with internal team members, including the CEO, Chief of Staff, and functional leads (Sales, Operations, Training). Continuously refine and improve the on-boarding process for efficiency and Franchisee experience.
+ Maintain documentation, scheduling, and communication through company systems (HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, Google Suite, etc.).
Qualifications
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ **Experience in coordination, training, or Franchise support is preferred** .
+ **Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a dispersed Team, but able to travel to Lehi one to two days a week for team meetings.**
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, i.e., warm, professional, and confident in leading calls.
+ Ability to coordinate multiple moving parts and keep others accountable to deadlines.
+ Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through. Tech-savvy enough to learn internal systems (training provided).
+ Positive, coaching-oriented personality that helps new franchisees feel motivated and supported.
Preferred Experience
+ Background in Franchise operations, customer on-boarding, and/or administrative coordination.
+ Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Airtable, Google Suite, or Slack (will train the right candidate).
