As a Sales Engineer II with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will be responsible for developing and growing profitability in assigned territory of the Northeast US. The candidate ideally would be located around the New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York City or Long Island area. Role demands a dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated self-starter with an unwavering entrepreneurial mindset. Territory accountability & ownership is a crucial principle and strong expectation of this highly visible sales role within PCB.
Remote role with the requirement to visit assigned territory 25%-35% of the time and attend sales meetings and trade shows.
Additional Duties:
+ Develops and grows assigned territory.
+ Received training in company sales procedures and general piezoelectric principles.
+ Provides quotations for products and service in accordance with pricing and delivery policy.
+ Assists Product Groups with follow up activities.
+ Responds to a wide range of written and phone customers inquiries. Provides feedback to the Sales Management Team.
+ Schedules visits with customers in assigned territory.
+ Performs demonstrations of equipment and trains customers on the proper use of equipment.
+ Provides critical liaison between customers and factory by communicating customer inputs to support PCB Marketing and Engineering efforts.
+ Develops forecast and sales plan for assigned territory.
+ Attends and participates at sales conferences.
+ Attends trade shows and local conferences in assigned territory and other areas where needed.
+ Responds accordingly to a wide range of customer inquiries on product availability, no charge samples, delivery, repair/service, account status, literature requests. Accepts and amends contracts.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Four-year degree or equivalent specialized training
Experience: A minimum of three years of sales experience in a technical field. Demonstrated success in consistently growing revenue in an assigned territory. Strong written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated. Basic Computer Skills
Travel Requirement: 25%-35% travel.
