As an Events Specialist at Pega, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that delivers high-impact events throughout the year. You’ll play a hands-on role in coordinating logistics, supporting event operations, and ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless attendee experience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to strategic event planning, and help bring Pega’s brand to life through memorable moments. What You'll Do at Pega:
+ Support the pre-planning and onsite execution of Pega’s events
+ Manage the shipping, supplies, photography, collateral, giveaways, and team apparel for various events
+ Create onsite event guides
+ Assist with various administrative tasks and logistics, including vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, signage, BEOs, and ancillary events
+ Assist with venue research and sourcing
+ Support the Registration & Event Technology team with registration sites, mobile apps, communications, travel, and housing
+ Execute events onsite, travelling anywhere from 10-20% of year
+ Develop post-event documentation (post-event reports, debrief notes, best practices, etc.)
+ Manage the administrative needs of the event team as necessary

What You've Accomplished:
+ 2+ years of successfully supporting event logistics
+ Demonstrated familiarity with event terminology and industry best practices
+ Effectively managed multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines
+ Proven ability to organize complex details with accuracy and thoroughness
+ Communicated clearly and professionally across teams and with external partners
+ Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail in supporting key aspects of event planning and execution
+ Built strong working relationships through collaboration and interpersonal skills

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 60,800 - 91,000 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
