We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Data Asset Owner! This hybrid position will be located in Raritan, NJ; alternative location may be considered in Ghent, Belgium.
The role collaborates closely between business/end users and technology systems development teams for business needs requiring technology-based solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives. The role also influences and recommends improvements to business processes through new or existing technology.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Accountable for data asset lifecycle management (i.e., incident, change, performance, adoption, periodic reviews) and data management strategy (data source, data quality) for the end-to-end CARVYKTI supply chain.
+ Partner with JJT and Digital & Data Science teams to define and deploy integrated data standards.
+ Collaborate with ATSC teams (e.g., Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, V2V, Global Cell Collection, Commercial, Clinical) to translate business requirements into actionable use cases.
+ Continuously improve data governance and maintenance processes.
+ Own and steward data assets to ensure accessibility, functionality, safety, and reputation.
+ Understand gaps between business/functional needs and technical capabilities.
+ Define data asset quality rules and thresholds; support technical deployment.
+ Ensure efficient use of existing data models and enable business insights through data to drive competitive advantage.
+ Strive for data excellence to build value propositions for business domains.
Qualifications
Education:
+ A minimum Bachelor’s/University degree is required; preferred fields in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Information Systems, Data Engineering, or Data Science
Experience & Skills:
Required:
+ At least six (6) years of relevant work experience
+ Supply Chain experience and understanding of end-to-end processes
+ Experience with Microsoft Azure, BI tools (Tableau), and/or data transformation tools
+ Solid understanding of data integration, modeling, and relational databases
+ Effective verbal and written communication across all organizational levels
Preferred:
+ Experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry
+ Familiarity with GMP manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, MES, LIMS, DCS, Cloud, Data Lake)
+ Technical foundation in web-based BI and business automation, and data warehousing concepts/tools
+ Proficiency in programming languages (i.e, SQL, R, Python)
+ Understanding of Agile methodology
+ Project Management experience or certification (e.g., FPX, PMP, etc.)
+ Experience building data strategies

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
102,000 - 177,100.00
