Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Managed Markets & Specialty Contract Operations, in the Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) organization, located in Raritan, NJ.
As the Senior Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant administration of Payor/PBM and LTC GPO rebate/pricing agreements. You will have oversight of a team of Analysts responsible for the contract administration and payment functions of commercial and Medicare Part D agreements. In addition, you will also be responsible for successfully implementing and overseeing all operations related to the effectuation of the Maximum Fair Price (MFP) including daily refund payments to over 60,000 dispensing entities via the Medicare Transaction Facilitator (MTF) as well as managing and resolving inquiries and disputes submitted by these entities. You will act as a key business partner with Operating Company Business Leaders, Regional Process Owners, legal, sales management, compliance and other internal business partners in assessing and driving the operationalization of rebate strategies associated with complex customer contracts.
Key Responsibilities** **:
+ Advise on strategic, operational issues, and requirements related to contract administration including any matters relating to rebate analysis and payments, as well as resolution of disputes on rebate claims.
+ Provide leadership and management of the Managed Markets Contract Operations Team.
+ Ensure the team’s successful implementation of all rebate agreements.
+ Ensure all rebate payments processed by the team are made accurately and timely according to the contractual obligations and JJHCS standards.
+ Organize and lead cross-company and inter-company process improvement initiatives, compliance management and reviews, process integration initiatives, relationships with internal partners and external customers.
+ Use process metrics to drive business results and demonstrate working knowledge of all IT systems and tools used to load/maintain contracts and process claims/adjustments.
+ Conduct system assessments and work with the Contract Solutions team to implement project plans for system enhancements/upgrades.
+ Provide critical input to business units ensuring the effective translation of business strategies into compliant contract administration.
+ Oversee and implement Process Narratives, SOP’s, and Work Instructions for the processes performed within the Department and formalize with US Region partners.
+ Perform managerial functions including staffing and resources assessments, workload prioritization, strategy discussions, performance management, project management, and business planning.
+ Challenge and motivate people to reach their highest potential, champion continuous professional development and career growth, and mentor all associates within the diverse team to ensure successful completion of their job accountabilities.
+ Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in guidance documents and policies related to contracting, provide support for audits, dispute resolution, testing and monitoring, litigation, and other inquiries, and communicate with some of our largest US customers.
+ Apply influencing skills to shape contract administration practices, and provide insights and leadership on major Contracting negotiations / Business Projects.
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is **required** , preferably in a Business or analytical area; a MBA degree is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
+ Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
+ Experience working with cross-functional leadership teams
+ Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
+ Demonstrated leadership on complex projects
+ Strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred:
+ Progressive business experience in finance, accounting, marketing, government pricing, contracting or other related area
+ People management experience
+ Knowledge of the Contracting and associated business practices
+ Experience with implementing and monitoring internal controls, and strong audit, compliance and/or financial skills
+ Familiarity or experience with Model N system is **helpful**
+ Possess strong interpersonal and interdependent partnering skills to lead and influence management, business partners, and peers to get results
+ Ability to review and synthesize complex data and implement related business processes

+ **Requires** the ability to work in Raritan NJ, with up to 10% domestic travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000-$207,000 USD$
