Job Description:
The Sr. Director of CxM Data Products is responsible for the end-to-end portfolio of data products for the Johnson & Johnson MedTech CxM Platform across 5 key experiences and capabilities to support PR&O, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Service & Repair for 20,000 global users. The Sr. Director of CxM Data Products will be responsible for creating the MedTech CxM strategy, ensuring execution of a data platform with reporting and analytics and aligning to broader Johnson & Johnson data guidelines, standards and patterns for:

Key Responsibilities and Collaboration:
+ Data Quality Management: Establish procedures to ensure that data from legacy CRM and CxM systems are accurate, consistent, and reliable to support a successful migration to the Butterfly Platform. Conduct data profiling and data quality indexing to assess current data maturity and identify quality issues, lead initiatives to clean and improve the data.
+ Activate the Data Quality Framework: Monitor & improve data quality within the Butterfly platform.
+ Data Integrations for CxM: Design and implement data integrations to enable seamless exchange of critical information—such as Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), and compensation systems—within the Butterfly platform.
+ Advanced Data Virtualization: data virtualization that incorporates sophisticated capabilities like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and advanced performance optimization techniques to provide a real-time, unified view of data from diverse sources without physically moving or copying the data going beyond basic data federation.
+ Data Model, Mapping, and Migration: Design and develop data models within the Butterfly platform to ensure consistent experiences across different domains. Lead the process of mapping data from legacy CxM/CRM systems to the Butterfly data model, establish migration patterns, and oversee the execution of data migration.
+ Data Access & Data Product Enablement: Establish the strategy and facilitate the delivery of data products from the Butterfly platform to support data access & downstream data consumption.
+ Reporting: Develop and implement a reporting strategy, and support both operational and strategic reporting for the relevant business processes, including data sources outside of Butterfly.
+ Data Archival & Decommission: Develop and implement data archival and decommissioning plans for the legacy CRM and CxM platforms.
+ **Tooling:** Ensures consistent use of J&J data tools across squads
+ Compliance:Ensures data complies with internal audit, information security, regulatory compliance standards across global markets.
+ Metrics & KPIs:Establishes and tracks key data and reporting metrics

Education and Experience
+ 15+ years leading data strategy, product development and implementation across complex transformations
+ CxM, Salesforce or Microsoft preferred
+ Minimal education requirements – Bachelor’s Degree Required, advanced degree preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
178,000 - 307,050.00 USD Annually
